Was Pablo Escobar a Politician?

As a young boy, Pablo Escobar always wanted to be the President of Colombia. He was elected as an alternative member of the Chamber of Representatives in the Colombian parliamentary elections held on 14th March 1982. He was responsible for community development, which included:

• • Construction Of Churches

• • Construction Of Football Fields, Etc

Pablo was immediately kicked out of Congress, and his U.S. visa was stripped away after his connection with drugs was proven by a mugshot from 1976 that had resurfaced. That led to the end of Pablo’s political career and his dream of becoming Colombia’s President.
