In 2008, at just the age of 19 years, Adelle Onyango was raped in Westlands, Nairobi.
She was moving from one club to another club.
After the incident, she started an anti-rape Campaign called ‘No Means No‘.
The campaign aimed at creating awareness of rape incidents and to educate people on measures to take after a rape incident.
Adelle has also had other projects, e.g, Sisterhood & ‘projectShe’ with the aim to promote empowerment and share conquest stories.
