He attended St. Mary’s Yala High School located on the Kisumu-Busia highway in Western Kenya.
Where he was the rugby team captain and then coach.
He was also the founder & chairman of the Law Club in the school.
He later went to Moi University for his higher education.
Where he did a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from 2005 to 2008.
He was also the Rugby team captain at the University.
He later proceeded to the Kenya School of Law located in Nairobi – Kenya.
Where he did a postgraduate Diploma in Law from 2010 to 2011.

He has been a hawker and also a broker.
He also worked in a salon where he did pedicures and manicures.
He has also owned and ran an entertainment company.
He tried to sell water to docked ships at the port of Mombasa in Kenya.
He has worked as a tout and has also offered exhauster services.
Nick Ndeda Law Career
He also worked at Ecobank Kenya as a Legal Intern from June 2009 to January 2010.
He worked in the legal department and performed the functions of a Legal Officer.
The functions include:-
- Preparing letters of offers for credit facilities.
- Reviewing ongoing case files.
- Preparing legal options for consideration by various internal committees.
- Helping prepare documents for the board of directors meeting.
- Attending training seminars on banking principles.
He later worked at Ndenda & Associates Advocates as a lawyer from January to December 2011.
Where he was involved in conveyancing, litigation and commercial law.
He was later a Partner at Ndenda & Company Advocates from January 2012 to December 2013.
He later went back to Ecobank Kenya Limited where he worked as the Legal Officer from December 2013 to April 2015.
Where he was in charge of all bank litigation, a portfolio of over 800 matters.
He also successfully recorded remedial litigation recoveries of over USD. 2,700,000 in 2014.
He later became the Managing Partner at Nick Ndeda & Associates advocates from April 2015 to September 2020.
His functions included:-
- Ensuring that the firm was in a professional and substantial manner.
- Undertaking day-to-day follow-up with big ticket corporate clients to guarantee their satisfaction.
- Attend court proceedings & hearings.
- Personally safeguard client’s interest.
He is currently the head of Litigation at Conrad Law & Consultancy office.
He joined Conrad Law & Consultancy office in September of 2020.
He is also an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
Nick Ndeda Relationship with Betty Kyallo
He was in a relationship with Betty Kyallo.
She is the Founder & CEO of Flair By Betty and Aftershave By Flair.
They later broke up.

He is the Founder and CEO of the Nick Ndeda Foundation.
Its main aim and goal:
Is to create a self-sustaining, endlessly scalable means of creating opportunity for the youth of the world, then leverage that empowerment to impact other areas that need an intervention.
It empowers the youth to pursue their talents, their business, their passions and dreams through:-
- Provision of free support services
- Financing their projects
- Mentorships
Its beneficiaries must adhere to three cardinal requirements:-
