Crazy Kennar participated in drama and narrative festivals while still in high school and reached the national level.
He started doing Vine videos in 2017 when he joined the university.

Kennar started recording using a smartphone before he upgraded and got a camera.

- Cynthia (also known as Africas), started working with Crazy Kennar in 2017. She was in JKUAT University studying Bachelor in Aquaculture and Marine Sciences.
- Bushra Sakshi: She started working with Crazy Kennar at the start of 2018. She was in charge of the research and analysis of content. She studied a Bachelor of Science in Financial Economics from Moi University ~ Nairobi Campus.
- Yvonne Khisa: She studied a Bachelor of Arts in French from Kenyatta University.
- Steven Otieno, also called usefulidioty, started working with Crazy Kennar in December 2018: he was in charge of Graphics and poster creation. He studied a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT).
The team fell apart after years of working together.
Crazy Kennar once said in an interview:
“We came a long way when we started, I used to bring people on board, but not people who were actually in the field of art.”
“I appreciate the moments we had together since it was more of a learning curve apart from being workmates, we used to be close, and we had chemistry together as a team.“
He also said;
“Our goals began to shift. I tried to help everyone develop new skills, but we started to lose our compatibility.”
Crazy Kennar stated that they couldn’t progress together, hence the split.

He looks up to comedians in the industry such as Churchill & Jalang’o.
Crazy Kennar has worked with prominent politicians, including now President (then Deputy President), William Ruto and also former Vice President: Kalonzo Musyoka.
He sources his content from his own stories, other people’s stories, music or whatever is happening in the country among other ways.

Crazy Kennar won the Comedian Influencer of the Year award and also the Go Beyond Influencer of the Year award at the 2020 African Digital Influence Awards (ADIA)
Kennar also won Influencer of the Year award at the 2022 Digital Media Awards held in Movenpick Hotel, Nairobi.
In 2024, Kennar won the Pulse Comedy Influencer of the Year, Content of the Year Award at the 2024 MCSK Annual Awards and he also won a prestigious award in Nigeria.

Crazy Kennar opened his first restaurant on 26th May 2021 called ‘Instant Delicacies‘.
It was located in Juja, Kiambu County.
The restaurant served a variety of foods including Chips, Biryani, and Ugali among other delicacies.
After 3 years, he closed down the restaurant in 2024, citing it was the wrong investment option at the time and poor planning.
Crazy Kennar Happy Country
Crazy Kennar has hosted his live comedy show dubbed ‘Happy Country’ for two consecutive years, 2023 and 2024.
The Show has a tagline that says ‘Happiness is a choice’
In both years, the show has sold out with a high number of fans gracing the event.
Kennar describes Happy Country as ‘The Country where greatness comes together.”
The Show brought out his fellow comedians in the industry such as: Flaqo, Vafa Naraghi, Hilarious Aura, Austin Muigai, Mr MbiliMbili, Katen among others.
